The product was not as the picture has shown. I feel that I got ripped off and that was not worth the money. I definitely would not recommend anybody else to buy products from you.

Pareil commande disparue , aucune trace , mais 79 euros bien débité. Plusieurs mails fait ils répondent quand ça leur chante . Les démarches sont faites pour que cette société étrangère et qui ce dise en France mais qui ne le sont pas . J'ai envoyé le courrier chez test achat et service juridique. Affaire à suivre

Seriously ? My wife ordered a new bed from you . You sent us a tracking code . Did not work , no such code . For a week I tried to use it . No go . Then I Assumed it would or should show up? Again NO , I get emails from you almost everyday . But NO NEW anxiety bed for my DOG who I love very much , who trusts me to take great care of him !!!! I am not upset about the money !! I am upset that You don’t know what’s going on !!!!! You took my order , you sent a confirmation email. Then ,,, POOF ,, nothing about my dogs bed !!! Only goofy emails all the time, telling me how much you care about dogs, nothing about my order !!! Please take the time to understand why I am upset!!! Emails telling me how great you are,and how great your products are, how you care about dogs and your customers , but yet you have no idea about my order !!!! My experience is BAD , this is not a review , it’s a fact about my order . I am very busy and don’t have time to “chase” what I expect to be piece of cake ,by the way you present your operation , anyone checking to see if my order was received ? Sent back by shipper? Als nach 10 Tage immer noch keine Versandmitteilung kam, wollte ich die Bestellung stornieren. Das war nicht mehr möglich, da die Lieferung bereits unterwegs war. Komisch das erst nach 3 Tagen (nach meiner Stornierung) eine Versandmail kam. Nach 4 Wochen ist das Paket nun angekommen und der Händler reagiert auch auf mehrere Mails bzgl. der Retoure nicht. Absolut unseriöser Händler. Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen, ab Bestellung wurde sofort auf Emails reagiert. Bei Reklamation keine Reaktion. Habe den Vorgang auch bei Klarna gemeldet. Zur Nachricht vom Händler: Erbärmliche Antwort, erneuter Beweis das es keine Rückgabe gibt.
