My staffie had been ill so i decided to try and find a comfy bed for her so googled and came up with this companies advert. Unfortunately that evening my dog passed away in her sleep...gutted not the word so i tried to cancel...not a chance. Excuse which is generic looking at all reviews online is we cant take the order off the system so let it arrive and i csn start the process. Arrived 3 weeks later (which to be fair is their last day on their order confirmation for delivery)folded up so small in a cube 8"sq... DO NOT OPEN THE PLASTIC WRAPPING INSIDE PARCEL...they say can not return It is not vacuum packaged so it will NOT expand. I have sent the returns request to them so lets see, but i dont hold out any hope except to sue them for false advertising and contact the relevant company on the basis of sale of good act and get this company to get this and im sure other items miss sold from the market, they also claim to be the #1 anxiety dog bed in the world...now thats a claim and a half, I'd like to see the report on that one There are far too many scammers out their trying to rip us off and im fed up with it. These chinese products need banning as they dont adhere to copy right and uk manufacturers safety measures Do your due diligence before buying like i didnt on this occasion...whoops Just been reduced firther by £21 from what i paid and they can still make a profit I'll update you on my experience if im wrong Update I decided to send it back as some money was better than binning the item...the cost to china tracked £24. This is were they get you everytime as most people wont bother. Funny reply as they know what their doing to get your money

Don’t buy at this company, extremely poor service, poor delivery. It definitely from taobao product but cheaper than 10 times. I purchased the petbed after 8 days, they have sent me an unverified tracking number, I have chased with the service, she was very offhand with me, over 35 days finally i received the petbed, but it was damaged. I’m extremely regret purchased at this company. At last, the petbed was shipped from China.

Ordered and paid for a bed a month ago.. still nothing… dhl # doesn’t work and customer service don’t reply to any email… am filing a national standards complaint. Ridiculous company

The bed fell apart in the first wash. They won't replace it because it has been more than 30 days since I received it - part of which was waiting for them to answer me. The best they will offer me is a 30% refund and "I can keep the product" - which might be nice if it hadn't fallen apart. I was not looking for a refund, simply the replacement of a defective product. I told them I would return the defective item to them. These people do not stand by their product.

I ordered two beds. You shipped one. My order was to have FREE shipping. I had to pay $12.95 in shipping and there was only one bed in the package. You refuse to refund the cost of the bed I paid for and didn't receive. I also think you should have to reimburse me for the shipping cost since I purchased them with FREE shipping. I filed a claim through PayPal and now I am being forced to file a police report for the scam I feel like I am a victim of. I feel strongly that I am entitled to a refund of the bed I didn't receive which is $78.85 plus the $12.95 shipping charge I shouldn't have had to pay.

Unable to return goods as not UK they are China. Unsafe product and not as described. AVOID
