I ordered the size bed per the guidelines on the website. When it arrived - after it fully fluffed out - I discovered that it was 1/2 the sized bed my dog needs. I knew ahead of time that I would have to pay for the return, but did not understand that I had to return the bed to China! Mr.FluffyFriend offered to reimburse me 30% of what I had paid rather than returning it, and I took that offer as I saw no other recourse. Now I have a dog bed that I do not need. I will say that they did respond to my emails in a timely manner and were pleasant. But buyer beware unless you are totally sure that you are getting what you need.

The bed is flimsy and it has no structure. I didn't like that it came vacuum packed either. I have to put it in a chair or put mats and rugs underneath it if it's on the floor. Plus extra large looks like large to me. Throughly disappointed with my purchase.

I was so excited to order this for my older dog. It shipped right away, but then sat in Jamaica New York for three weeks - no explanation. It arrived in a vacuum sealed packaging and I expected it to fluff up like the photos. It didn’t. I wrote to the company and they said to keep shaking it. I did that and it’s a little better but it seems to me like it’s missing some stuffing. There isn’t enough stuffing to hold the bolstered sides upright. I don’t dislike it enough to deal with the aggravation of returning but I would not highly recommend. Not really worth $83. The response time from the company was very quick. My cat loves it but I bought the extra large for my lab. I would not buy again. It seems odd that my experience is different than everyone else.

my order was not here when expected i emailed you three times i got just one liners we’ll get back to you and tracking numbers that never worked i also emailed you the day after i ordered saying i order the wrong size and could you get me a medium and you charged me for it with no response for you guys so my experience was really bad….,

The bed came a month after i ordered it. Additionally it is not as plush as described and had a very bad smell to it when openedl.

I really like your products BUT your site offers no way to check on an order and when I have a tracking number I click on it and it goes to the USPS site but not to my order. I had multiple orders and some got split and it was not easy to track them. Not sure I will order from you again

Ordered two xl did not receive one of them. The one that did come, came in 4 weeks. Still have not received the second bed as of 1/9/2023. Have started a dispute with credit card company. No number to call to resolve issue with seller.

The bed wasn’t worth the money I spent. I could have paid $30 at Costco for a better quality bed with memory foam I was disappointed
