The dog bed received was nothing like the one in the photo, very little bedding thickness, oblong shape and thin, not 1m in diameter and up to approx 300mm thick as shown in the description photograph, not worth thirty dollars, rather than the one hundred and thirty I paid, disgusting site. Won't catch me again.

Absolutely exhausting trying to get my issue resolved. Paid over $100. For an xl dog pillow. It's so small my Cocker Spaniel is too large for the pillow. Mr. Fluffy's add said Cockers should be a large pillow. I thought ordering an Xl would give him more room. He won't even lie on it. Going back and forth with cx service and they are not resolving this small pillow issue. I would not recommend this company.

It took a ridiculously long time to be delivered. I kept getting notifications it was on its way but it was in Compton, CA for 3 weeks. I didn’t get the beds for 4 weeks.

I bought this bed for our very sick dog and was very disappointed. It had a horrible smell no support and definitely not to my satisfaction. The customer service is terrible. it took a 3 weeks to get my order with no notification. I am waiting for a return now for 10 days. I have other ones that I purchased for 1/2 the price that are the same quality(bigger in fact) This company shouldn't be selling this for our beloved pets.

Very disappointed with this website
Very disappointed with this website. It looks like these beds are definitely not worth bothering with at all. I have tried to contact the seller I want to cancel the order. Have been waiting over a month now and doing more research on them and they seem to be very poor quality beds. I guess time will tell. We have two saluki's. They need orthopaedic beds, cushioning and comfort. Really disappointing.
