I've been trying to send these beds back for a few weeks now because they are nothing like what is pictured. Someone got ahold of me once and told me to give it a few days to fluff. I gave it a few days and it didn't work. Now you guys won't answer my emails to send back. Their website says ships from different facilities including the USA. They want me to pay for shipping to China which will cost more than these expensive junk falsely advertised beds. So contacting my credit card company to deal with them. They always say to email them and I have for 3 months with almost 30 emails to them and 2 back from them.

Impossible to return Xtra accidentally purchased bed

Am liebsten würde ich negative Sterne vergeben. Ich wollte eine Bestellung stornieren und habe den Kundenservice angeschrieben. Dort wurde mir gesagt, dass das Paket bereits gepackt werden würde, ich könne aber einfach die Annahme verweigern. Nicht nur, dass es einen Monat und das Einschalten von Klarna gebraucht hat, bis die Rücksendung verarbeitet wurde, jetzt soll ich auch noch 10€ bezahlen, weil das die Pauschale ist, wenn man Dinge zurück schickt. Der Kundenservice antwortet manchmal sofort und manchmal wochenlang nicht. Manchmal auf deutsch und manchmal auf englisch. Die Produkte sind absolut überteuert! Es werden Sachen für 30€ verkauft, die man auf eBay für 5€ bekommt. Ich würde echt die Finger davon lassen.

Took too long - had many, back and forth emails (very bot like in nature) inquiring into the whereabouts of the parcel with no help. There was no delivery attempt to my house it went straight to the Depot which is in Port Melbourne which is 20Ks away from my house city bound nightmare route! Still waiting for my refund too.

Product was easily broken, they refused to refund if it wasn’t «as new », their warranty is in fact quite different then the «100%satisfaction or full refund » advertised on the front page Went through all the «loops » to try and get a refund, best they were willing to give was 15%. Warranty is only valid if the product is basically new and returned to them at the customer’s expense

Unfortunately I was not pleased with my purchase. The dog bed was too small and it’s not what I selected. I had selected the larger dog pillow for a dachshund (larger). Please refer to the previous email complaints.

I would never buy from this company again. I ordered a dog bed and when I didn't receive in a reasonable time I cancelled the order because I was going to be gone for two weeks with no one here to get package. I called before they sent it out so they should have been able to stop it. Instead it was mailed and when I returned it as refused, they deducted $10.00 from the refund, In addition, the package was supposed to be a medium sized fluffy dog bed and when the post office delivered it the contents was stuffed in a small 8x10 bag and the whole end was taped like it had been sent to someone else and returned. Then was sent on to me. A very bad experience and was not settled to my satisfaction.

Delivery time over five weeks. Poor quality not worth the money. Dog rug smelled of chemicals wouldnt put my dog on it, so I burnt it
