AWFUL!!!
How can I rate a service or product I have yet to receive? Customer service is non-existent - all responses from them just say to keep waiting. No one can explain where package is located nor when to expect delivery. DO NOT BUY!!!

The "extra large" bed-is big enough for a doxie-and that is it. I would not have paid $60.00 had I realized this. Your ad is very misleading.

Vorsicht billige Chinaware
Vorsicht billige Chinaware. Rücksendeanschrift im den NL kam erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung. Versicherter Versand Ware gefordert. Rücksendung wurde von mir bezahlt. Ware wurde nicht abgeholt. Ich musste die Rücksendekosten zurück zu mir bezahlen. Klarna schickte ich Kopien von allen Belegen. Ich informierte Klarna dass ich unter diesen Bedingungen nicht bezahlen werde. Jetzt kam eine Zahlungsforderung von einem durch Klarna beauftragtes Inkassobüro. Ich kann nur sagen Vorsicht ⚠️

I have never received my product and now we have moved to another state which I had informed you about. It said 7-21 days delivery time. This is now Nov. 28th and still no product.
I have never received the product. Have tried to track it with no luck.

Still Waiting
I placed my order October 25th. The payment was immediate but still have not received my product. The confirmation said 7-21 days for delivery and it has been over a month

Bad product, terrible customer service
Bed was way smaller than described and bed reeked of chemicals!!! Also has no padding in the middle! Contacted their customer support MULTIPLE times to return the bed and they wouldn’t give me the address to return it! Stuck with a tiny, smelly $80 useless dog bed. Also, took over a month to receive the bed. I would never let my pup lay on this and endanger him to these chemicals. Go somewhere else!! Don’t waste your money or time on this joke company!!!
