I would notleave and give this a one star they took my money. They never sent me no kind of emails. Then they said they don’t know where my order is at now they’re saying they’re gonna refund me. I still haven’t seen it. Do not order from this company if you don’t want a lot of aggravation

This bed has at least half or less of the stuffing shown in the pics. Expensive and I expected something much better. I would avoid this company and I will not ever do business with them again. The company says it is the vacuum packing - but seems like after 3 weeks you would see this stuff expand as much as it can expand. Indeed - people need to know what they are getting - I did not - and I am definitely not satisfied.

Before ordering anything online: Rule 1: READ THE REVIEWS! Question: what is the proportion of good to bad reviews? Rule 2: READ THE RETURNS POLICY! Question: what is the return address? I won't accuse this organisation of running a scam, but it is a con. Our daughter ordered a dog bed for our new puppy two years ago, and it is still clean, intact, ad robust. The slightly larger one we ordered before Christmas is clearly of lower quality, and does not provide any support for Rory's head. The only advice we have been given is to make sure we fluff it up (we have); if we don't like it, we can return it -- to CHINA -- at our expense, or donate it to charity. Our initial impression of the customer service response was favourable, but now we feel that we my have been talking to AI. Schlechte Qualität vom Hundebett! Und wenn man es zurückschickt, dann muss man es nach China schicken und die Kosten selbst tragen! Bei einen Hundebett waren das fast 50 Euro! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Wat een troep krijg je geleverd. Er zit bijna geen vulling in voor de XXL uitvoering. Mijn puppy ligt doorgezakt op de grond. Slechte klantenservice en voor 129euro echt hele slecht kwaliteit. Als je het retour wilt sturen moet het terug naar China, terwijl het bedrijf in IJsselstein is gevestigd. Echte oplichters, want de retourkosten zijn voor jezelf.. 50 euro

So not only do they not respond to customer inquiries about orders, they now blatantly LIE in their responses on TrustPilot. I've been trying to cancel an order for 36hrs, with no response from their so called 24/7 customer service. I made one other post on this topic, and a company official suggested I check my SPAM or Promotional inboxes. Sure enough, nothing there, but I did get another promotional email from Mrflufflyfriend today falsely claiming my order supports animal shelters? Seems hard to believe a sub-par product made in China will be helping my local animal shelter. I once again must strongly advise against doing business with these Scam artists. I'm blown away by how difficult they have made a simple online shopping purchase. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD BUYING FROM AN ONLINE RETAILER.

Fraud, Scam, worse than thinking a McDonald’s hamburger looks like the one in TV commercial. Buyer beware, looks nothing like photo. Try returning, they have so many bad reviews takes a week for response and they hope to stall you beyond thirty days and you have to pay for for return of this fraud product. Selbst ein Stern ist für diesen "Shop", den man mittlerweile schon Fake-Shop nennen muss zu viel. Bei Bestellung wurde Lieferzeit von 1-3 Tagen angegeben. Mittlerweile warten wir seit über 3 Wochen. Stornierung der Bestellung wurde nicht genehmigt, da die Sendung angeblich unterwegs ist. Darum wird sich jetzt Paypal kümmern. Nie wieder....zumal man die Ware für einen Bruchteil des Preises bei genauer Recherche online findet. Hier wird also billige China-Ware für viel Geld verkauft.
