Dreadful customer service and even worse delivery time; despite prolonged wait for Dog bed - which when eventually arriving was vastly overpriced & nothing unique - in the interim have been inundated with endless email marketing of other company products. DO NOT BUY, WASTE OF MONEY!!

Very thin bedding, definitely not worth the money And the delivery took ages I would not recommend

The large furniture cover is so flimsy and so not like your photograph. I did send an email about this problem. I never got a response I can’t believe it I’ll never buy anything from your office again the beds are so so but the furniture cover item was very poor quality and nobody answered my email. That’s why I’m only giving a star Very unhappy first time customer Rosemary

Took forever to come. I ordered an XL and got a small medium at an exorbitant price. This is a rip off!

I didn’t even open the package. The package was a mess. A bunch of tape and this tiny bag with what was supposed to be a nice XL dog bed. I refused the package from USPS. I have yet to receive my refund and will be contacting my credit card comapny today. This has been going on since Oct 31. Just terrible.

J'ai reçu au bout de 3 semaines le coussin pour chat. Malheureusement il est trop petit et désirant l'échanger contre un plus grand je n'ai pas réussi à obtenir de réponse concernant la marche à suivre. J'ai envoyé 5 mails au service client qui ne répond JAMAIS. Le temps passant , je suppose qu'ils attendent simplement que le délai soit dépassé... C'est donc une enseigne à FUIR ABSOLUMENT puisque le client n'a pas la parole.

The bed was too small. Tried to return product. Shipping the item back to China cost more than the bed. Horrible customer service.

Only after placing the order was I informed of the very long shipping delay. I ordered a large, this bed is very small. It was so small that it was shoved into my mailbox all taped up and folded over and over with so much tape so the package wouldn’t just burst out of its bag. I was shocked at how this item arrived. I emailed a thousand times, wanting to return this bed. Trying to get someone to reply to your emails; (there’s no phone number to call) is a very, very long wait. After weeks, I was told to try it out for a few weeks, after I said very clearly that I did not want to keep this bed. Then I was told I could ship it back to China. I don’t like this bed and I wanted a refund, but yet, so far my situation wasn’t resolved. I have emailed them over and over without success. After over a month , I decided to open a case with PayPal, and even though I had been receiving emails about how busy they were, within a few hours a partial refund was given to me. There didn’t seem so busy when PayPal got involved. I would not recommend this business to anyone. My experience has been horrible. This bed is subpar. The bed is NOT like the pictures. I will never buy from this company again. I decided to go to different stores to look for a bed in person and I ended up finding a bigger, fluffier bed for half the price and my dogs love it. Even though I am not happy with the agreement that was reached, but now I am done with them.
