After ordering the dog bed from an add…
After ordering the dog bed from an add on the internet,i decided to check to see if it was available on Amazon and it was, for a much lower price approximately $30. Oh well I thought. It took much longer to get to our house, almost a month !! Then after all of that, our dog will not even go on it. He’s tried it a few times now, but will not stay on it. Very disappointed in this product.

I’ve been trying to reach their…no customer service
I’ve been trying to reach their customer service for weeks now! Don’t believe that they have a return policy because once you get your product you can’t contact them at all. I’ve sent 4 emails with no response and the product they sent me is too smallX

Way way smaller than was implied
Way way smaller than was implied. NOT supportive or firm. Took over a month to arrive and obviously ships from China so returning prohibitive.
