It took three weeks to get my item and the item that they shipped was the wrong size. I have contacted customer support four times with no response. This is the worst company to do business with unless you want to throw away your money. Please do yourself a favor and DON'T order from them unless you want to throw money away!

Order not completed despite contacting the company I have had no response regarding missing items

Advertised as 70% off. I ordered 3 beds. Who knew the sizes of S, M, L and XL do not correspond to actual size of dog. Medium bed size is for toy breed and XL is big enough for my 22 lb dog. My $170 purchase would be better spent elsewhere. I'm getting nowhere trying to have company make this right.

First pet bed was too small. Ordered a 2nd one and it has not arrived yet.

BEWARE. Was sent the wrong item. Try to get in contact with them. No response had to go through PayPal to get them to respond. Now they want me to send the merchandise to back to China costing me $68 and they’re not seeming to give a dang about anything was shipped from California was supposed to be a California base but apparently this is from China terrible customer service terrible terrible terrible would not recommend Company to anyone bad bad bad

I bought the bed for my cat, even though it was a dog bed. First, the small size was too small. I tried to judge the size by the dog breeds you said would fit the bed. I know now it was a mistake to buy one of these beds for a cat, as cats like to curl up in a ball in the bed, not hang over the side like a dog. I don't blame Mr. Fluffy Friend for my failure to judge how the bed would do for a cat. The final problem - the cat did not like the bed and completely rejected it, even with catnip in it. Such is the life with cats!

The request for feedback from? Mr Fluffy is a puzzle. I attempted numerous times to contact customer service with no response. the so called dog's bed is not a bed it is a cover for a bed. 2 It is Flimsy and poorly designed and manufactured 3 I would pursue a return and money back however this company is obviously some kind of crooked scheme and fighting a company with no manufacturing name or address is futile. I am making a formal complaint to the Attorney General Office for New York State This will not help me with this product but may serve as a record of this company for future issues This company does not rate even one star however after a period of close to 2 months I did receive a package
