You guys need to work on getting your…
You guys need to work on getting your shipping department in better shape, I have never had to wait that long for an item to be shipped to me,, 26 days is ridiculous, I won't be ordering anymore from you guys, not to mention the tear in the bed... we'll fix it ourselves because we don't want to send it back we don't want to wait for 2 months for a new one...

I can’t even get my dog to sit on it
I can’t even get my dog to sit on it. I put her on it and she jumps off. Even put treats on it, she grabs the treat then jumps off I purchased 2 Mr Fluffy’s, one still unwrapped. How do I go about dancing??

Does not respond
Does not respond to emails. My order sat at the facility for 3 weeks. No change in status. I emailed several times and no response. It took 6 weeks to get a delivery. They sure did bill my credit card quickly though. Wouldn’t recommend.
