MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

The length of time to receive the dog bed was over two months and when I received it I found it way smaller than either my tiny dog or cat would use. I tried over and over to have her to sleep in it but she just didn’t like it.

Took a month to receive. Not filled nor is it the product I ordered . Flimsy. Advertised item not the same as the product received.

Product is horrible. No support whatsoever. Material mats as soon as it's washed. Totally false advertising. If you only need a miniature one it might suffice. If you want a refund you have to pay shipping back to China when it is advertised as being American made and then if they determine you are entitled for a refund they will send it. NOT WORTH EVEN A TENTH OF THE PRICE!

I am still waiting for my MrFluffyFriend bed.......almost 30 days since I ordered it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a gift for a dog I rescued back in August. She was adopted by a friend locally. I ordered the McFluffy bed which is meant to be an anti anxiety bed. It was ordered on the 9th of November and I got an email on the 10th to say it was on its way. And then when it hadn't arrived 2 weeks later, I sent an email for an update. I got no reply. Another week passed and I sent a further 2 emails. I got no response. However I did get emails from this company trying to sell me more products. Their customer service is appaling. I only got a response from them eventually when I made a complaint to PayPal. The product arrived on the 9th December and as I was away, I picked it up today from my postoffice. I wish I could put a photo up of how it was packaged. The outer package was split. And at 49.00 euro, this product is not cheap. I think it's also the wrong colour or it doesn't resemble anything like what I ordered. Needless to say I will not be buying from this company again. I waited to order another bed for my own dog as I wanted to see the quality. Not worth the money in my opinion

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered merchandise on November 5th and have yet to receive it. It is now almost 6 weeks later and still no delivery.

Shipping took forever. Over one month. The quality of the beds is very very poor. The bed offers 0 support. There is not even a dime laid flats level of fill on the bottom of the bed. Not much more on the sidewalls. My dogs don’t want to sleep in these beds. I am very very disappointed.
