The pet bed arrived stinky!
The pet bed arrived smelling like anal gland secretion and was also not simple to wash in order to try to rectify the smell. Due to the joke of a return policy and that we would have to pay return shipping costs, we just threw the bed out immediately after the wash failure since it still smelled. Simply put, this orthopedic pet bed is a bad product!!!

SCAM
SCAM. Bed I received was complete junk! Looked nothing like the picture. Very very thin.Will let everyone I know not to purchase from this company.

I sent back the water bowl and I had to…

The worst customer service-or lack…
The worst customer service-or lack there of- I have experienced. Buy your pet's bed from a reputable business that will work with you on exchanges. I have reached out to MrFluffyFriend twice and have gotten zero response. Finally donated the bed to charity. I am still out $58.00.

Avoid these companions
There are a lot of dog bed companies being set up by companies , probably all the same using different names. I would advise everyone to contact their bank for a chargeback or refund as products arent delivered or not what you think you purchase. I ordered from Pawstastic who were a scam and didnt receive bed or replies, nothing.

I ordered a large !
I ordered a large !! My dog is 50lbs typically Large would be much larger than what I received. I gave it to my niece for her Frenchie. Also I think it took about a month from my purchase to actually receive it. JW
