I’m still waiting on one! It said waiting to receive item for almost a month from the postal service. Therefore, it would not have been delivered to them in a timely manner. Only a label was created. Customer service is very important to me and I believe this was ignored even when I contacted to see where they were.

I was delighted with the bed itself but it was far too small for my Huntaway/Welsh collie. He hasn’t even stepped onto it. Such a great pity as, small as it is, it looks invitingly comfortable. It is a good size for small/miniature dogs. Very disappointed. Tania Szabo.

Not too happy:( The pictures on the web site shows that the dogs sink in the bed. It’s not very fluffy…

I was not impressed with this dog bed the product is cheaply made and my puppy has already pulled the seam apart !

I am very happy with my first purchase of an anti-anxiety bed, but very disappointed with the lack of customer service after circumstances changed, and I needed to make adjustments in my second order. I made the requests by the only contact available (by email) for a change on 1/9 and 10. The shipment was sent out on the 12th. Because of not being able to contact this company by phone, I have to return my order, and at my expense, which means that I will now order from another company.

Response time to my emails was verrrrry long. My first email went out Dec 10, 2022. We have not fully resolved my issue.

I fell for the repeated advert and regret it - quite flimsy for the price - ‘guaranteed’ for anxious dogs but mine won’t go on it at all - it says you can return it but look at the small print - no hairs! so that would only work if you hadn’t even tried it…

I made a big mistake, your website needs to be a bit clearer. The picture shown was of a bigger bed with a dog like mine on it. I missed the sizes. I received the bed for a tiny dog like a chihuahua. I wish I could find someone near me to take it and then I would reorder
