Expensive price for a fluffy bed - my dog promptly thought it was a stuffed toy and ripped through it. Material is nice and fluffy, but flimsy. As is the middle portion - which shifted immediately after washing so that the portion the dog lays in is bumpy and lumpy. For this price I would expect something sturdier - also with a zippered cover to wash. Instructions are to air dry after washing a stuffed bed - I’m frightened of the mold/mildew that will result I had to wash it immediately after unpacking - there was a strong chemical smell to this bed

Aller schlechteste Ware!!!! Kissen stinkt bestialisch nach Chemikalien, ist statisch geladen bei jeder Berührung bekommt mein Hund einen elektrischen schlag, zudem ist es kaum gefüllt, das heißt mein Hund liegt am Boden. Und das für 80€! Leider Rücksendung nur nach China möglich! Zu horrenden Preisen. Keine Einigung möglich. Schade das Klarna mit solchen Verkäufer zusammenarbeitet!!!! Ich bin gespannt was der Käuferschutz bei klarna dazusagt???? Ein richtiger Betrug bitte NICHTS kaufen!!!!!

Return process is a joke! To get a refund MrFluffyFriend wants me to ship it back to China and me pay for the shipping. The product is a scam! The pictures online are NOTHING like what I was sent. Buyer Beware! SCAM SCAM SCAM

First of all it took forever to get this item that was vacuum packed and still didn't fluff out. There's not any support on this bed so my puppy HATES it! Second it's definitely Not worth the money! Total garbage! Must have come from China or something. Terrible!

Your dog beds were falsely advertised. The extra large would be the right size for a cocker spaniel- not for a mid sized lab. Your return policy is a joke - sending the undesired product back to China is simply ridiculous . Your company is a sham- and customers should be on high alert before purchasing anything from you .

It took a long time to arrive, it was much smaller than advertised ( the XL was barely big enough for our 55 lb dog) and had no padding as a “bed”. Yes, it was soft and she took to it without a problem but at $65 it was a big disappointment

I never received my dog pillow!!!!! Poooooor!!!!

I got a small bed when I ordered an XL and my repeated emails to customer service to be remedied have been completely ignored.
