I ordered 2 XL beds for my two big dogs. I was waiting nearly 6 weeks for them. When they arrived I am sorry to say that they were medium beds. They smelt of a strong chemical. Also I couldn't even track the delivery. I emailed twice but got no response. I also emailed about returning both beds again got no response. Really bad customer service. Very disappointed with the beds which we paid over 100 euros for.

Took forever to receive & was not as nice as I thought it would be! I saw the same bed @ Home Goods for 1/2 price!

I left a message saying part of the fur on the bed was stuck together. No one ever got back to me.

Not the size advertised

Send the product in your display picture the item you showed looks nothing like the product you receive, your thieves in short, they are flat like pancakes no cushion, no plush look to it , it actually looks like you took an inner tube to a car tire, but flat and some faux fur over it looks horribley uncomfortable, I strongly suggest not purchasing this product everyone who has seen it, that was waiting to actually see it before purchasing it has said thanks but no thanks and glad they saw it first, and I will post it on Facebook and every grocery store bulletin board and tell people not to waste their money on this product it’s a waste of money and every one should not fall for your scam and that’s what this is a scam!!!

Horrible product,horrible customer service. This place give false advertising. I tried to cancel my product when I saw the millions of complaints online but I was ignored and it was sent anyway. Then it got here and it smelled so badly like chemicals and it was smaller than the website said for the dog size.

Customer service was non existent, when you did get them there were cannedanswers. Shipping was slow. When the order got here, the bed was not as advertised, I got a medium, it's more like a small and it's not fluffy. Definitely a disappointment in every aspect.

The package arrived without any warning, fortunately someone was in. There was no delivery note or any related corporate information inside it. The item was shrink -wrapped, which I can understand but it stank of some chemical. Airing has eventually cured that. Once smell was gone, I introduced them to the cats but they have not taken to them. That, of course, could be very much down to the cats. There will be a happy ending to this story because I will pass them onto to a doggy charity. (I can’t remember the date of receipt, so have given an estimated delivery date)
