first off I ordered an extra large bed for my dog and received a small bed. I emailed numours times and as i got no response i returned the parcel to the senders address on the packet as i wanted the bed for a xmas present and was running out of time. I finally got told that was the wrong address and i had to send it back to china. I was certainly had no idea the beds came from China if i had known that i would not have ordered one. All i want now is to get my money back. If you put the wrong return address on the package that is your problem not mine. So far your response has been shocking and certainly not good publicity. I don't expect to get a reply from you but will certainly not recommend any dealings with your company

I NEVER received the dog bed I ordered!!(: I let customer service know by THIS survey and nothing has transpired. Could you please check and recheck your data, shipping etc..

Jai commande un panier xxl pour mon cavalier de 8kg qui aime dormir comme un pacha tout en étant bordé. Lorsque le panier est arrivé, nous avons été extrêmement surpris par la mauvaise qualité de l’assise, pas fluffy du tout, aucune densité, c’est comme s’il était par terre et pourtant c’est un panier initialement pour um chien dau moins 4x sa taille! Au bout de 30secondes il a décidé de ne jamais y retourner… Je demande un retour au bout de 15 jours, en ayant espéré qu’il accepte d’y retourner. Le service client revient vers moi avec des propositions saugrenues, gardez le et on vous rembourse 15%, offrez le aux chiens de vos amis, etc, bref tout pour ne pas vous donner les informations pour faire le retour. Relancés par 3 mails, j’attends toujours l’adresse de retour qui ne figure nulle part sur le site ni pire encore, ds les CGV! Panier vendu 2 ou 3 fois plus cher que la concurrence, j’attendais une qualité qui se démarque et un service sérieux. Au lieu de ça l’impression de faire une transaction douteuse avec une entreprise malhonnête, le tout pour un produit catastrophique en plus.. énorme déception, fuyez!!!

The Dog Bed was not what I expected! Cover is not removedable , looks cheap for the price I paid $83.00!! Thought it would be Bigger, pictures online are deceiving!! I will not be ordering any thing else from your company!!!

Dangereux ! Acheté en avance pour le Noël de mon petit Shih tsu. Et ce matin, le temps de prendre ma douche j'ai retrouvé un gros tas de mousse ! Le panier troué. Il en avait sûrement ingéré. Un Shih tsu a pourtant le nez très plat au point de parvenir à manger. Mon chien va peut être mourir !

Took over 3 weeks to be delivered. Bottom of Dog bed doesn’t isnt thick/padded enough.

By selling a better product, and returning emails , your product is nothing like it decribes , it is flat and lumpy , I will never purchase anything off this company again , you are a total rip off and I will be telling all off my pet friends to stay away from this company , I had emailed you on several times not to send the product as I would like my money back but you didn’t not reply , instead you sent me a product that I found totally fake , never again
