Feel betrayed
We are waiting and waiting for our doggie beds. We bought 3 for our girls. We keep looking to track it and it is still in Jamaica New York. I have tried to contact them via their customer service email. Have heard nothing. My husband believes we have gotten scammed. Just sad that the world out there had people that believe that they can treat someone this way. Now my dogs won’t get new beds

The product arrived pet bed and car cover and our young pup…
The product arrived and our young pup managed to put a hole in it within half and hour, considering the price paid, and the quality it was supposed to be really cheap and nasty materials. Also since buying this, and the car protector which again was overpriced considering alternatives available and the quality on materials used, we are getting inundated with mr fluffy spam.

Never came-beware!
Ordered 2 Mr Fluffy as Christmas gifts. They never came and Shipping info stopped after Chicago. I’m in Washington State. No good trying to get money back so far. Beware this company is a fraud.

No delivery of order
I ordered a dog bed from My Fluffy Friend on 28th Nov. It has still not been delivered on 30th Dec. According to tracking it was delivered on 27 Dec at 20.27. I was at home at this time and it certainly was not delivered to my address. No record of it being delivered to a neighbour or safe place was provided

We did not ever receive our dog bed
We ordered a dog bed. We are still waiting to receive it. We get marketing emails everyday but no apology nor any sign of our bed. Its a shame.
