Your customer service is nonexistent. I have tried to contact you many many times. My order was wrong, and I finally gave up trying to get my money back and gave the extra anxiety bed to a friend. I will never do business with you again, and I will never recommend you to anybody.

Ordered 2 dog beds on Nov. 17. It’s January 1 and I have still not received them. Worst customer service, takes days for someone to respond to email and it’s always a generic answer. I have filed a complaint and also filed a grievance on PayPal to get my $143 refunded. Horrible. I wish I read all the reviews before ordering- consistently terrible reviews and complaints.

The bed is too small. I ordered per their sizing instructions too. I asked to return it. First, they offered me 15 percent back and I keep the bed. Then they offered 30 percent back and keep the bed. I said no both times. The return is suppose to have trace and tracking info and I have to send it to China! That is an expensive return. Also, they give you 30 days to return the bed. The clock starts ticking the day you receive it. They were super slow in responding to my emails burning up that 30 window. Also, I recently found that same bed for $21.99 as opposed to the $58 I spent. Do NOT buy this bed! It's cheaply made!! These people are NOT scrupulous!! Buyer beware!!

I wrote you guys an email i ordered for a large dog bed and received a miniature one no one is taking care of this my number is 1-778-996-6417 someone needs to fix this right away

Worst delivery - it came to NYC and then went to Chicago? It took 20 plus days ? Ridiculous.

I bought a large dog bed. It came as a small bed fit for a miniature poodle. The company has still not responded to my request to return or exchange it.

Have a phone number for Customer service. In the United States with someone that speaks English. When you say large bed make it LARGE NOT MEDIUM!!! YOR TRACKING NUMBER IS FOR THE BIRDS. SO IS THE EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE SYSTEM

I purchased two MrFluffy dog beds based on what seemed to be positive reviews. For whatever reason, my dogs dogs wouldn’t go near the beds, jumping out and running away repeatedly. I contacted the website asking how to return the beds for a refund — the website promises a “satisfaction guarantee” and “full refunds assured”. Their response was to first offer a 15% refund and then a 30% refund. They repeatedly told me I needed to pay return mailing charges, but no return address was proffered. I kept asking for one, trying to clarify if the beds were to be returned to the New Jersey return address on the package. Seven emails later they finally told me I needed to return the beds to China! Even if that were possible, they had now delayed me beyond a reasonable expectation of returning them in the stated time frame. I began to suspect the positive reviews I had read were a scam. I asked if it were possible to get at least a 50% refund, which I thought was a concession on my part since a full refund had been promised on the website, but I was told their “computer system won’t allow it”. Over a dozen emails were exchanged — and still no satisfaction. They kept saying I could give the beds away to a friend but that they could NOT give me the full-satisfaction return/refund stated on the web page. This company is now deluging me with additional promotional emails while not providing the promised satisfaction for the original purchase. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
