Not like the pictures in the adverts. The bed is the right dimensions, but the whole selling point is that the sides are high and thus anxiety relieving - the sides are no thicker than the base in the middle. It is not so thin that there is no padding on the base, as some buyers report, but it is definitely not what they are advertising. I am pursuing a case through Paypal for a refund for misdescription basically. Wish I had checked Trustpilot first as there are many bad reviews. Save your money and go to a reputable British pet company online. 100% money back guarantee seems to be yet another red herring, pet lovers are being exploited by this company. The "last" day of sale which has lasted for weeks, and the guarantee are all designed to give a false impression of reliability...buyer beware

Product fine Hermes / Evri … terrible

The lack of physical and practical substance and support in these dogs beds means that I have invested / wasted a ridiculous amount of money for a product x2 ( for largish dogs) that perhaps suits the look/ decor of a modern home- but affords almost no comfort or support for my aging canines. I would never recommend these dog beds.

My order is wrong and support has not responded to my emails! I need the correct beds that I ordered!!!

I was very disappointed. I ordered a bed as recommended online for a labrador retriever. My lab is a small one, 55 pounds but the bed was so small she thought it was a toy. The bed was 3/4th the size of her. I gave the bed to a friend who has a small dog, 28 pounds.

No customer service support available. The delivery took almost a month and I missed the holiday season to give it to the friend
