Well, how can I put this nicely? I can’t! I ordered it December 1 you printed the label on the fifth, you did not bother to mail it until five days before Christmas. It was supposed to be here by December 24 and it arrived on the 27th. How do you think you did? Terrible I reached out multiple times and all I kept getting was the runaround. Your company sucks I would never recommend this to anyone! The quality is terrible. My dog literally sits on the ground. There’s no padding in the middle. It’s all around the sides, where they don’t lay, it’s absolute crap! I actually threw it in the trash because it’s not worth the money to send it back and hassle with your crappy company anymore! I hope you go out of business sooner than later! And if people were smart, they would actually read reviews!

I was totally disappointed with the pet bed I ordered. It is nothing like what is advertised. It came vacuum packed and is of very very poor quality. I do not understand how this company can advertise this bed as the World's #1 anexity relieving pet bed. That is completely false advertising. Where did they get this accolade? Ordering from this company causes stress due to late delivery, misleading advertising, very poor returns policy, and above all else there is no indication of where this company is operating from, no address, no phone number,. I have complained about this company to trading standards organisations. I would not recommend buying anything from this company and wouldn't give it a 1 star except there is nothing lower - a minus.

You have NOT delivered the dog bed I pai for on Dec. 1st. I’ve asked over and over for a refund. I have alerted PayPal to get my money back and you are a SCAM. Do not buy anything from this company!!

I ordered a bed that was too small and because of your guarantee return policy I tried to return a $36.00 bed and the shipping to return it was $35.00 international fee. I did not mail it because of all the possibilities that I might not get anything back I decided not to spend anymore money on this. The 15% refund cash was offered to me, $5.40 and to keep something I don't want. I'm still waiting on that. Be sure you order the right size. The bed itself is nice.

It was promised by x-mass. I already ordered another bed that came on time.

No info on shipping dog bed ordered on 11/30. Took number from PayPal when ordered. Received 12/27/30. Tried 4+ times to contact company to no avail. Revived pkg 12/27/22. Contacted company where to return item 3+ times. No response on where to return unopened item. They give you 30 days to return it no refund. Plus I have to pay shipping it back!! My punishment for their BAD service!

Very poor quality bed nothing like the picture in ad and packaging smelt of chemical which had impregnated the bed. Ended up having a small refund just so i could throw it away as sending back to China would have coat a fortune I Will never use your company again

I am still waiting on my order to be delivered.
