Got me in by heavily reducing the fluffy dog bed but then I got tempted by overpriced items too - clever marketing. The fluffy dog bed was initially a hazard as bits of fluff shedded and I was concerned my dog would eat them. She then started pulling at the fluffy bits so I'd suggest not leaving your pet alone with this bed until they get used to it. Delivery was very slow but this could be due to PO strikes.

The bed was great! The only thing was it was too small for my dogs. I bought for both of my blue healers to sleep in together. There was no way even one could sleep in it.

Thr dog beds should have more cushion in the center. Too expensive for the quality.

was not informed that purchase would come in two parts. Emailed several times to question where the rest of my order was and got no response. Part two finally showed up. week later.

I ordered the XL gray dog bed. My dog loves it. He immediately hopped on and stayed on for hours. So the bed itself gets a 5. However, the shipping was horrible. I placed the order and it took over a week for the bed to actually ship. Then the shipping took another 2 weeks to arrive. I almost wondered if the whole thing was a scam because I never got an update about when the shipment would be sent. Too bad the customer experience was less than desirable. The product is good. The shipping not so much.

I ordered this bed for my dog Angel. It took almost 3 weeks to come and when it finally did I was so excited to see if it helped her. My dog got scared of kids and noises a couple years ago and now has anxiety from her experience. My neighbor has kids and are sometimes very loud at bedtime and it makes Angel hide under bed or go downstairs by herself . I thought this type bed would help her . It doesn’t . It’s comfortable snd she sleeps in it a lot, but doesn’t help any with anxiety. If she hears the kids , she still gets up and hides or leaves room .

It took way to long to get it, over a month after it shipped. You should get it to the buyer much faster to be competitive with other sellers.
