Update: The CEO/founder read my initial review and contacted me with a sincere apology. He sent a replacement bed that has worked perfectly. He stated he reached out to his team to address the email response. I changed from one to three stars simply to balance out the experiences. Original review: The cheap zipper broke on the $120 dog bed within 30 minutes of arrival. When I sent an email that evening explaining, this was their response: Hi Debra, Thank you for your message, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience with the bed. I completely understand how disappointing this must be, especially after your pups were only able to enjoy it for a short time. Unfortunately, since the bed has already been damaged, we’re no longer able to offer a replacement or refund, even if the item is returned. Our return policy only covers items that remain unused and undamaged. I truly appreciate your understanding, and I’m sorry we couldn’t provide a better outcome in this case. I purchased the calming dog bed for my 100# dog. The bed looks well made but my only issue is that the pillows are not full enough. I followed the directions and fluffed them up and let it sit for 2 days and they are the same. BTW my dog hasn’t slept on it yet. He is still mad that I threw out his old bed. 🙄

Update: Na een aantal mailcontact te hebben gehad. Heb ik de helft van de aankoopbedrag terug ontvangen. Daarvoor 3 sterren. Ik heb een maat XXL kussen/mand besteld voor €119,- maar is veel kleiner dan verwacht.

Company experience was good, wish it wasn't automated. Product description was a bit off from advertised. Picture of what I got was accurate for the most part, the only part that wasn't accurate was how fluffy and densely packed the dog sofa looked, compared to what I received. That is my only disappointment. You buy a bed that's designed for a very large dog thats 80 to 110 pounds, shouldn't bottom out and be on the floor, not for the money paid .

I found the quality to be great. The measurements were a little off, my mistake i should have gone with a larger bed. It’s too expensive to order a second one. I ordered the medium. Beware of the size but it is a great product. Gary

My only suggestion is that another method of shipping and packaging is explored. I was unable to track the 'in-transit' portion of its journey and when I received it. - it literally took 40 mins to un-pack .. my item was sealed in a blue outer package, then completely wrapped in a layer of wide clear tape. Then the bag was sealed & taped. The inner package no way opened as indicatrd in diagrahm. There was no opening yo the package and once i cut a portion, the bed did not come out as pictured. It has been 5 days and the middle is still lumpy, the ring edges still have breaks im the stuffing. I have not allowed my dog on it yet because once a day I go and try to gently pull the stuffing, working the lumps out of the center cushin and trying to connect the stuffing in the edge so that there are no low areas. I would not buy it again, and when (and if) I get all the stuffing 'fluffed' instead of wadded together like now I will see if my dog takes to it. The final test will be when it comes to washing it. The brown material on the underside seems rather thin and, being a quilter and familiar with fabric quality, I don't think this fabric will hold up. Time will tell

VALORACION INICIAL: He querido ejercer mi derecho de desistimiento pero es inviable porque te obligan a enviar el paquete a China. El coste es tan elevado que no sale a cuenta (un 80% del valor de la compra). He expuesto el problema a atención al cliente y su respuesta es que procederán al reintegro cuando reciban el paquete en su sede. Hemos entrado en bucle. Sus respuestas són muy correctas (escritas por IA), pero no hay intención real de solucionar el problema. Después de un mes intentando llegar a un acuerdo, ya he puesto denuncia por fraude en Oficina de Consumo. ACTUALIZACIÓN: Después de poner denuncia ante consumo y de este comentario en Trustpilot, la empresa comunica una dirección de Alemania y eleva su oferta de reembolso del 15% al 30%. La dirección de Alemania no ofrece garantías (polígono industrial a nombre de un tercero y sin teléfono de contacto). Vista la situación no me arriesgo a perder más dinero haciendo una devolución a una dirección poco fiable y comunico la acceptación del reembolso del 30% porque no veo otra salida. Al cabo de pocos días, efectuan el reembolso del 30% (ese era su objetivo, devolverte solo una pequeña parte del coste). Me reafirmo que su política de devolución es fraudulenta. ACTUALIZACION: Finalmente, los responsables de la empresa contactaron conmigo para ofrecer sus disculpas y el reembolso integro del importe abonado. Ante esta situación retiro la denuncia de fraude y simplemente hago constar que el tiempo de respuesta de la empresa ha sido excesivo pero finalmente la solución ha sido satisfactoria.
