Our dog loves the bed
Our dog loves the bed. Only one very small suggestion - include instructions or a link to assembly video. I know it might look obvious but it wasn’t to us old farts.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Jul 10, 2026
Hi Martin, Thank you for your lovely review! We’re so happy to hear that your dog loves the bed. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding assembly instructions and will definitely take it into consideration. While the setup is designed to be simple, we understand that a video guide can be helpful, and we’ll continue working on making the experience even easier for our customers. Thank you again for your feedback and support!

Puppy loves this bed!
I'm sitting in the floor beside puppy as he takes his first nap on Mr. fluffy cushion in stead of in the crate. He keeps opening an eye to make sure it's really happening. He obviously feels comfy and safe. Thanks for the great bed and helping to transition our 8 month old morkie to life beyond the crate. The bed is beautiful, soft and a game changer!

We’re thrilled to hear that your puppy loves the MrFluffyFriend™ cushion and that it’s helping him feel comfortable and secure outside of his crate. Knowing that he’s already enjoying naps in his new favorite spot truly makes us happy. Wishing you and your puppy many cozy moments together!

My Frenchie is enjoying this bed very…
My Frenchie is enjoying this bed very much. She seems to be relaxing more on the newer model. With the excessive amount of America250 July 4th fireworks, I'm really glad she's had a place to snuggle into through it all. Thanks also for the great customer service.

Hi Brian, thank you so much for this wonderful review! We're so happy to hear your Frenchie has found her cozy spot, especially with all the fireworks noise lately — that's exactly the kind of comfort we hope our beds provide. We'll pass your kind words along to our customer service team too. Thanks for being part of our pack! 🐾

Mr mcfluffy has done an incredible job…
Mr mcfluffy has done an incredible job to go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction . 3 years ago I was dissatisfied with my purchase and it was resolved until they went above and beyond to supply a much better version of the beds . They run small so upsize for dogs that are not toy breeds or just bigger . I truly appreciate how much you did when you didn’t have to . I will remember that way more than the other experience . Thank you . Thor 💕
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Jul 8, 2026
Dia, thank you for sharing this — it means so much to us. We're thrilled MrFluffyFriend could turn things around and get Thor set up with a bed that truly fits him well. Your note about sizing is really helpful too; we'll make sure that's clear for other pet parents with bigger breeds. Thank you for giving us the chance to make it right, and for trusting us again. Sending Thor lots of pets from all of us! 🩵

My little Dash Hound Sacha
My little Dash hound Sacha will not get out of her new sofa. It makes me wonder if I did the wrong thing by even buying it, because lays around in it all day long.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Jul 8, 2026
Hi Lisa, ha — sounds like Sacha has claimed that bed as her permanent residence! That's honestly the best feedback we could ask for. Thank you for sharing this, and enjoy watching her live her best (very relaxed) life. 🛋️🐾

Love the bed but so far Bruno will not use at all won’t even try
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Jul 8, 2026
Hi Nettie, thank you for the honest feedback, and I'm sorry to hear Bruno hasn't warmed up to the bed yet. This isn't uncommon — some dogs need a little time and encouragement to feel comfortable in a new spot. We'd love to help troubleshoot: try placing a worn (unwashed) blanket or one of his favorite toys on the bed to make it smell familiar, and consider putting it somewhere he already likes to hang out. If he still won't give it a try, please reach out to our customer service team directly — we stand behind our products and want to make sure Bruno ends up happy and comfortable. Thank you for your patience with us!
