Pillow looks great. But shortly after receiving it my dog took a couple bites into it. Looking to repair it, I saw that the under side of the fluff is VERY thin and irreparable. Even when new,I doubt that it would survive a washing. I loved it but very disappointed in the quality.

I have been waiting over a month to receive my order. I am unable to rate your product because of this. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and obviously hugely disappointed!!

It took nearly a month to receive the product; it arrived in a torn package (pillow was stuffed into a postal "envelope"; the product had an odor and was initially "sticky" to the touch. I left it outdoors and did not allow our dog near it, afraid that it may be harmful to her (due to the odor).

This dog bed was shoddy and took a really long time to arrive. My dog destroyed it in seconds. I told the company and they said ‘dogs can chew through anything- even bones’ This is true but my dog has never destroyed a bed b4. A lot of ££ wasted

Tried to return my dog bed as there is no return address,?emailed several times no response customer service is disgusting,?picked the bed for my dog she is a small Boston terrier?bed is way to small , overpriced can pick a bed up else ware much cheaper

This is going from bad to worse. This product is falsely advertised. It is not padded as shown in the photos, indeed it is almost flat. Also much smaller, X-Large is not suitable for a kelpie. Despite many emails to the company there has been no response apart from automated emails saying they will be back to me in24 hours. What an expensive disappointment

My bed is flat. You didn’t deliver the bed you advertised to me. I basically have a furry rug not a relaxing bed. And to compensate me for it you are supposedly sending me 15% back. I would’ve preferred to have the bed I bought for my 7yr old dog. But 15% was the only option you gave me after I repeatedly ask to speak with someone so I could return this rug for a real bed. One star is way to high for the experience I’ve had with this company and your product. This was a Christmas present for my pet and I didn’t open it until Christmas Day.
