They sent the wrong bed and it took forever to receive it

Wie schon vielfach beschrieben, handelt es sich hier um absolut minderwertige Chinaware. Der fürchterliche Chemiegeruch veranlasste mich sofort, das Ding zu waschen. Bei 30° ohne Schleudern. Das haben die Nähte leider nicht überstanden und das Innenleben war in der Waschmaschine verteilt. Zudem stellte ich fest, dass das Hundebett kleiner war, als ich es bestellt hatte. Bei Klarna stellte ich die Zahlung sofort zurück Mit der Begründung von Mängeln an der Ware. Gleichzeitig informierte ich die Firma über die Mängel. Ich hätte es fast nicht erwartet, aber es wurde akzeptiert und meine Zahlung auf null gesetzt. Ich muss auch nichts zurückschicken. Das hätte ich nicht erwartet und eigentlich müsste es dafür zumindest einen Stern mehr geben. Nicht desto trotz ist dieses Hundebett minderwertig und viel zu teuer. Daher nun doch nur ein Stern.

It took over a month to receive. They had a strong chemical smell. They were packed 3 of them in a tiny package stuffed into a poly. They were shrink wrapped without any idea on how to open. I used a cutting tool on one to get it open and it cut a hole in the bed. They are too small for the cats and dog. They hang over them. Dimensions are not correct. I inquired 4 times or more without any answer of when I would get the items. They send you a non trackable USPS postal number. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I paid for 2 beds and they only sent me one bed and I am still waiting for my other bed. I got them for Christmas and I can't let my dogs use them because I only have 1 bed and I am still waiting for my other bed for my other dog that is why I am giving you a 1 star this is my first time ordering from you and I paid for 2 beds and they were a bit pricey and I'm not happy that I only received the one bed.

I was looking for the largest bed you had and I was really disappointed to see that it was actually small and the quality is fine I’m sure, but the stuffing isn’t as fluffy as I thought it would be but definitely the size is a problem.

THE TIME IT TOOK TO GET TO ME, EVEN WITH ME MESSAGING YOU 3 TIMES, WAS TERRIBLE AND IMBARRASING FOR ME TO GIVE AS A GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS. IT WAS ORDERED ON DEC 5TH AND DIDN'TGET IT UNTIL JAN 5TH (31 DAYS!). THEN IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THE BED I RECIEVED WAS A RETURN, AS THE BED WAS WRAPPED IT TIGHT PLASTIC WITH PACKAGING TAPE ALL AROUND IT, SO IT WAS TERRIBLE TO OPEN. THERE WAS NO PAPERWORK WITH IT AT ALL, NOT EVEN MY ORDER COPY. NO SIZE ON THE BED, OR EVEN A TAG ON IT. I ORDERED AN XL, WHICH I WAS TOLD WOULD FIT THE DOG IT WAS FOR, FOR A LONG TIME. IT DOES NOT EVEN FIT THE DOG, SHE CAN ONLY GET HER HEAD AND HALF OF HER BODY ON IT! SHE IS ONLY 32 LBS. ALSO IT HAD A RIP IN THE SEAM, THAT I HAD TO SEW UP, BEFORE I COULD EVEN GIVE IT AS A GIFT! I AM 100% UNHAPPY WITH WHAT YOU GAVE ME FOR MY VERY TIGHT MEDICARE MONEY OF $66.00! YOU SHOULD BE VERY UPSET WITH YOUR TEAM, FOR SENDING OUT A RETURNED BED TO ME, NO TAG ON IT, NO PAPER WORK AND UNPROFESSIONABLE PACKAGING. I WAS SO MUCH LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING THE NEW DOG IN A VERY COSIE BED, BUT THAT DEFINITLY DIDN'T HAPPEN. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU COULD SEE IT IN YOUR HEART TO EITHER SEND ME A NEW BED THAT WILL FIT THE DOG, WITH A TAG ON IT AND SHIPPED IN A NORMAL PACKAGE OR REFUND MY MONEY FOR ALL THE HEART ACH YOU HAVE GIVEN ME. I WOULD THINK YOU WOULD WANT ME TO ME TO BRAG ABOUT YOUR COMPANY AND BED, INSTEAD OF ME GIVING YOU A TERRIBLE REVIEW ON THE SOCIAL MEDIA. I WILL GIVE YOU 7 DAYS TO REPLY TO THIS LETTER BEFORE I TAKE TO THE SOCIAL MEDIA. I HOPE YOU TAKE THIS LETTER TO HEART. It took a very long time to get my dog's pillow. It is so small and i need to return it. I am not able to reach a person able how to return the pillow.

The bed was nowhere near as plush as it looked. We have to have another mattress under it to stop our dog actually touching the hard floor. I would have returned it but for the complicated return procedure, which involved washing it! And it came from China so I do not know where I should return it.
