Disappointing
Was very excited to receive the XL pet bed I ordered for my dog. However when I received I had straight disappointment! It was nothing like the picture what so ever! Very flat, no filling. I felt like it was just a infomercial item I got swindled into purchasing. I could return however that’s always just a hassle with some companies and feel like that is how a return would be with this company. Not worth the price but honestly it wouldn’t be worth less money either. Update-after posting review and company reaching out the only options are return at my expense or keep and they will refund me 15% of my purchase price back. Not really a resolve. The product just isn’t quality.

STAY AWAY!
Horrible product that they don’t stand behind. Beware you’ll will have to pay return shipping even if you receive a damaged product. Ridiculous! Do not buy. Update after reply, They did absolutely nothing, filed dispute with PayPal and they did nothing for an item coming directly out of China. That’s why I use PayPal. But, they don’t seem to be for the consumer anymore.

Slow delivery
It says it takes 7 to 21 days to arrive but I ordered on December 6th 2022 and didn’t get until January 9th 2023. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I ordered 2 of them for gifts. It was very disappointing!

Disappointed
Agree, took forever to get product, when contacted all sorts of excuses. Also while searching website found it had been listed for much cheaper price. My pup doesn’t like it either.

Over 1 month to receive shipment
Over 1 month to receive shipment. Product was smaller than expected and the bed was basically carpet with no filling. Don’t waste your time and money on this company.
