My item took over a month to arrive and no one knew why. I asked for a refund and was told to wait until a certain date to see if my package would arrive. When it did arrive and I opened it, the bed was NOT what I expected. It was not fluffy and did not offer support like the images showed. It was flat in the center area. The “donut” design meant to comfort and provide anxiety relief was the worst and most pathetic design I have seen. I was going to return it and ask for a refund, but after waiting an entire month and going back and forth with the representatives, I knew it was going to be a challenging experience so I decided to keep it. I will add padding to it and fix this bed myself. I DO NOT recommended this product to anyone. Go to Marshalls, T.J. Maxx or elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs Still waiting for my order from December 2022. They send out a tracking number that does not exist. when you email they send you back a generic email that has no bearing on the email you actually sent. Then ignore your next one. Currently awaiting response to my third email requesting a refund. Shocking !!

Horrible product - totally misleading and the return department is in China which will cost more to send back than the actual product. This is a scam

Nothing like picture! Pathetic bed, don't waste your money!

A dishonest company that no one should trust or buy from. The item received was too small and when trying to return for full refund was deliberately stalled and not provided with address details to return and was then only offered 15% refund when I had advised of my intention to return within the 30 day period. Don't buy anything from this company. All a sham.

Ordered a pet bed December 6 and still haven't received it. Update: Did receive the pet bed shortly after posting this review.

This is the Worst company to work with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed my order in December 12th it’s now January 10th. I have been in contact with the company telling them my tracking information states the dog bed I ordered was still at the same location in Illinois. I told them I wanted to cancel and a refund. They told me I couldn’t do that until I received the bed. So frustrated and very upset. I responded to an email a few days ago they sent stating a My bed was delivered at the front door. I looked there is no package. They then told me to go to neighbors houses and check with family friends to see if maybe they had picked it up but unfortunately, since there was no insurance, they could no longer help me. Convenient!!!This is a horrible experience and I paid a lot of money for that dog bed. Someone commented on Nextdoor App this MrFluffy bed are good for dogs having anxiety , arthritis, and I thought I’d give it a chance, could be very helpful for my dog. We’ll never know now. They sure put me through a lot and I HAVE TERRIBLE ANXIETY!!! DO NOT ever order anything from this company. They will scam you they have horrible customer service. Money is tight for everyone these days. Not only is my money not being refunded but my best furry friend did not get her Christmas present. I do not recommend this company.
