It took over three weeks from the time…
It took over three weeks from the time I ordered it to the time of delivery. Product does not look anything like the photos. There is no padding whatsoever on the bottom so it is like lying on a bare floor with a thin blanket. Certainly not with the money I paid.

Shipping took forever
Shipping took forever, over a month and then when it arrived I was expecting a big fluffy bed and there was barely any stuffing in it. Dog won’t even go near it.

As I said in previous emails to your company. There is hardly any stuffing in this bed. The outside shag material sticks more to the dog and then leaves clumps of it everywhere. This bed could be made for less than $30 and your company charged $83 for the size we got. Needless to say I won’t ever purchase anything from your company again.

Stitching faulty
Need reinforced stitching in the base, fell apart quite easily. We have not used it since it arrived as you could see how loose the stitching was and would not be able to leave the dog alone with bed for fear it would eat the stuffing. Took bed to a professional seamstress and confirmed cabling should be around limp stitching, poor quality.

Ordered two dog beds in early…
Ordered two dog beds in early December,2022. It is now mid Jan2023 and the beds have NOT been delivered and I’m out a hundred dollars. Not happy.

Shipping was awful I had to send them…
Shipping was awful I had to send them an email 4 weeks after my order was placed to tell them to ship it. Then when it came it was abviously one that had been returned it was wrapped in plastic with tape all over it like a child did it. And it smelled so bad my dogs wouldn’t even get in it. One of the worst buying experiences of my life
