30 day return guarantee is hollow. My dog won’t use the Anxiety bed, which itself is very lightly made with almost no base comfort. It took 16 days to arrive. Return shipment is to Yiwu, China at customer cost, hence prohibitively expensive, and must arrive within 30 days else no refund. Poor and slow responses via customer service email. No order confirmation email ever received so I has no known order number for a return and they won’t give me the information.
