The bed was lovely, but the size was not as described, if was much too small for my dog. The 30-day no quibble guarantee is somewhat of a con: ‘ simply return to your nearest warehouse’ turns out to mean post - tracked and with insurance- to China ( even though website is ‘ Mr Fluffy Friend UK ‘ ) A lady from Customer Services offered for me to keep the bed and take instead a 15% discount on my next order, but given that i cant trust the sizing , i might end up spending another £70 on a bed which i end up giving to the local recue shelter. VERY disappointed :(

I purchased the X-Large bed , but is too small for doggo .

The shipping experience was bizarre. After placing the order, I was sent a "tracking number" to a site in the Netherlands that after translation, couldn't find the order. Their customer service can only be reached by email, no phone number (or actual address) is provided on the website. They took about a week to respond to multiple emails before finally providing a working link to a Chinese tracking app that showed the slow progress of the shipment from China to here. They stated it would arrive in 7-21 days, it took 30 days. The dog bed is soft and reasonably nice, though I don't see anything anxiety reducing about it. There is no manufacturer's label providing any information on materials used, or washing instructions for it. Just after I ordered the bed at the regular price of $83, the company announced a 60% off sale, but that didn't do me any good. Given the overall experience, I wouldn't buy again even if given the 60% discount.

Took 3 weeks to receive and although I ordered the size recommended for a poodle, it’s too small. He barely fits.

Even though I ordered the largest bed it is too small for my sheepadoodle and he refuses to use it. He uses it as a pillow once in awhile.

Delivery and communication were unsatisfactory. Initial package was very late, past Christmas, and the second one was stolen in Brooklyn / not their fault, but after reordering for the third time, it’s been quite tardy and has yet to be delivered. In the meantime, I kept getting reminders that I failed to order this good deal. Thinking this would solve some problems, I ordered it. So, I’m now waiting for the TWO to be delivered. Finally, when they confirmed my new order, they had it being delivered to my home address, not where it was designated to go in Brooklyn. YIKES it’s been a nightmare!!

Not stuffed well at al. Very thin.

This item was exactly the same as I have previously purchased from Kmart only way more expensive, not what I was expecting
