The bed was vacuum sealed when it arrived and never did expand to be anything impressive. Bed was also smaller than the dimensions shown online. I wanted to return but was instructed to return it to the warehouse which is in China making it more expensive to return than to donate. I would not recommend this bed to anyone. Very disappointed.

I tried to cancel order within 45 minutes of placing it and was told by customer service by email two days later that it was too late. Very displeased with this company.

B d has ever been delivered,!

Customer service was horrible. You don’t stand behind your advertisement of 30 day guaranteed money back. You gave me a piddly 15% and keep the piece of crap bed you sent me in a small instead of an extra large I finally gave up and just decided to give the bed to someone with a small dog, thanks for nothing. I would never buy anything from these people ever.

Ever got my package that I ordered 12/7 and today is 1/13/23! Money was taken though. I emailed with no response!

I ordered a XL dog bed and when I opened the package, it was clearly the wrong size. I even measured the bed and the dimensions were for the Large not the XL dog bed. This company was extremely unhelpful. They were denying the fact they sent me the wrong size, even after I sent them proof in photos! Not only is the wait time for a response terribly long, their outcome for this issue was to send me a 15% refund and when I refused and stuck up for myself some more, they upped it for 30%. All I wanted was the right size that I ordered and PAID for! This happened around the holidays and what a stressful experience this has been. So truthfully, all they're products are not worth the hassle if you're order somehow gets messed up. And before you do buy, Google them and read reviews! I unfortunately did not do this. I impulsively bought because my mom happened to have a good experience. So just be careful everyone.

The shipping time was ridiculous !
