Insufficient padding in fluffy bed
The fluffy bed does not have enough material in the perimeter. Flattens to the ground immediately. Very cheaply made compared to their advertising. This is January 2023, and the company use the excuse of Covid because it took so long to deliver. They said 7 to 21 days and it took 30 days to receive my items. Finally, they will not respond to my emails when I question them about my delivery. I will avoid this company in the future.

Items are no where near as described…
Items are no where near as described please do not purchase as you will only be let down. But a bed from Pets at home and save yourself a load of cash.

Unsafe dog bed
The material used inside of the bed is ve th y dangerous for dogs my dogs were able to tear it apart immediately and ate some of what was torn out and made him very sick ! The bed seemed to be cheaply made so my dog only got to use it briefly

The bed is not as big or fluffy as…
The bed is not as big or fluffy as portrayed. It took 6 weeks for shipping. Overall disappointing.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Product took almost a month to ship. I asked for it to be cancelled and it was shipped anyways and then I was refused the ability to return it.

Not at all as advertised
Not at all as advertised. My little dog doesn’t even fit on it’s large size bed. No phone number to reach them. It’s just a big scam. Would not recommend
