Terrible customer/return service. Immediately contacted them for a return and they only offered a partial refund unless i returned the item to their china warehouse even though the website indicates they gave US sites. Referred matter to my credit card company.

I ordered this bed. Paid for it It took almost 3 weeks to get to me Then it was packaged shrink wrap style. It came in the mail from NJ? Once i opened it it was impossible to shrink wrap to fit in this small bag Not happy with this bed. Satisfaction guarantee. I have emailed the Company 4+ times No one has gotten back to me after 7 days. Afraid my 30 day trial period will expire before i can figure out how to return it in a timely manner Refund please

I ordered a dog bed and immediately decided against the bed once I received a notification informing me that the bed will take anywhere between 4-6 weeks to be delivered. I sent the company an email immediately asking for a cancelation and was told that the order was already being processed and couldn't be canceled. I told them that my mailing address was incorrect so if I can't cancel can they at least fix my mailing address. They informed me that my mailing address was fixed. 5 weeks later I finally receive a notification that my package was going to be delivered and then a day after that I received an email that my package was being returned to sender for having the wrong address. All this time I never received a call from an actual person even though I always included my phone number.

After waiting almost a month to get them, our entire family cannot believe the poor quality of these beds! They are so thin and flimsy considering what we paid and the return policy is a joke. Don’t believe the social media hype, these are nothing special.
