I had to contact the company several times about my order! It took more than 21 to receive my order. My emails were not answered until several days after I sent an email.
It took more than 21 days to receive my order. When I emailed the company it took several days for them to email me back. The way they package and shipped my items were terrible. When I received my items the packages look like they went through a war.

Terrible product
Terrible product. We ordered a x-large and it wouldn’t even fit a small puppy. Took 4 weeks to come. Very disappointed. There is no way my 60 pound dog could use this. I will be returning.

I have yet to receive my apricot…
I have yet to receive my apricot colored bed for my dog. Funds were taken out of my account before 12/15/22. I am waiting for my fluffy bed.

Shipping time sucked
Shipping time sucked! Ordered way before Christmas and received on Jan 13th! Bed is not worth 80 dollars! Definitely ripped off and not happy!

Never received - order missing
I ordered one as a Christmas gift for my sister’s new dog but to this date, still have not received it. No phone number to call, only email. Responses are slow and when it D’s come in, I am asked to continue waiting. No one has called to give me an update. The last email update attached a tracking link for. Delivery in Florida. My order was supposed to be shipped to Lake Charles Louisiana. Am very upset and want my money back.
