If I could give a 0 star I would. This is such a scam company. If you look at their website you have no place to make comments. I finally found this sight. I ordered this bed, and less than 12 hours later canceled it. They said they could cancel it because it was already shipped. Well, it sat in the warehouse for almost 20 days before shipping. I kept trying to have the stop shipment but they wouldn't do it. They said they would help me return it when I got it. Then I got it and they said the cost of returning it is so high that maybe I would consider a 15% refund. Ha, what a joke. When I told them that was not acceptable, they offered 25%. I insisted they send me the return form. Get this, it is shipping to China! My package didn't come from China! This is all just a scam. They don't mean 100% guarantee. They don't care about customer satisfaction! The product quality is cheep! The size on the sight was way smaller then they said. DON'T BUY THIS!

I ordered 2 extra large beds for my dogs. I only received one. I am still waiting for the second one to come. It’s been weeks waiting. I’m Not impressed. When will I receive the second bed I paid for?

I was not happy with the bed I purchased and it seems impossible to send it back for a refund or to hear back from anyone. I have sent many emails without responses.

Delivery problems Don’t take more than a moth to deliver product. Ordered on Dec 5th 2022 did not receive until Jan 6th 2023. You need to keep customer better informed on delivery, you need to get a different way of tracking your delivery’s. We ordered 2 pet beds on dec 5th said it would take 7 -21 buisness days for delivery, it supposedly sat in Woodridge IL from dec 18th until Jan 4th only after I threatened to get PayPal involved, I will not buy from this company,

Bed wrong size would not fot a kittten let slone a medium sized dog advert when buying showed 2 dogs in bed total con been trying too send back after sending 10 emails still nor resolved

So I don’t really want to give them 1 star-so awful. Package eventually arrive wrapped on plastic tape that was impenetrable, from China. But it was the wrong item and only 1 arrived when I’d ordered 2. It’s such a hassle trying to contact them (emails responded to overnight if at all) and to fund the return, I’ve given it to my bank to deal with. They will refund and the ‘small business’ ( um I don’t think so) will need to deal with them. I’ve searched and can find no information. to support the claim that they contribute to WWF and I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known shipping was from China. Awful experience. Note the reply to this review inviting me to email-I have emailed ‘Mrfluffyfriend’ 6 times between 9 and 17 January 2023 regarding this order- outcome - I can return the unsuitable product to China at my expense and await a refund and they are apparently ‘speaking to their supplier’ (presumably in China) in respect of the part of the order that has not arrived which I have requested be refunded. I’ll go elsewhere-life’s too short!
