Serious complaint
Dear Sir, totally disappointed with my purchase of dog bed it is size of a pillow not a bed or it is maybe a bed to suit a cat. My dog is a miniature Schnauzer weight 10 kilos therefore not a large terrier. No way is this round pillow a small dogs bed. The cost of £30for a pillow is daylight robbery and I will be warning my friends who are dog owners members of dogs Trust not to buy . Mrs Patricia Whittaker-brannan

This product is a piece of junk
This product is a piece of junk. The dog does not generally rip up anything. However, in less than 2 days, the bed is an absolute mess and is essentially worthless. I have the pictures to prove it. I want a refund.

Product never delivered to my house
Product is shown as delivered on Jan 6th, but it never showed up to my house. I've sent emails twice to try and resolve and haven't received any response. Can someone provide confirmation that product was shipped to correct address? My next step is to reach out to my credit card company and have them charge back.

Please be patient.
After 6 weeks there was no update on my tracking number so I contacted the company. They told me to be patient. After 10 weeks, still nothing happening. Contacted them again and gave me a new tracking number. After 14 weeks still no movement so I contacted them again. Unlike the previous times, I just had a confirmation that they received my complaint but no further correspondence from them

This is a rip off. It didn’t look like anything like their advertised. It’s not fluffy and not as big . Not enough cousin and very cheaply made .
