Took weeks waiting and too small
Took weeks waiting, so delivered long after Christmas. I ordered a 24 inch bed as recommended by Mr fluffy friend (for a Westie) - it measures at least 2 inches less and is far from big enough - consequently, although the material is lovely - my Westie is not interested. It is too small, and to return would be difficult as I didn't realise - I think it is imported from America? If the UK I would return it as it was expensive. Order 113183 13 Dec 2022

It wasn't a great experience
It wasn't a great experience. I ordered a bed for a Christmas gift on December 15. It is January 17 and I have not received it yet. It said 7-21 days for shipping. I reached out 2-3 times and it took several days to get any response. While the response was courteous, each time the person just asked me to wait a few more days. I would not order again.

So ordered it didn’t come probably a…n
So ordered it didn’t come probably a month after and very cheaply made no cushion on the bottom for the pet and she won’t even sleep in it. Very disappointed in this product.

Package took 2 months to get and…
Package took 2 months to get and stuffing in bed was minimal. An XL bed came in a air tight package the size of a volleyball. The dog doesn’t use it. Very dissatisfied.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. The bed is not as thick and fluffy as the pictures. Not to mention it took nearly a month to receive package and I’d like to return the item but more hassle than it’s worth. Reviews on google about this company are spot on. Horrible customer service and not a good product.

Delivery took almost a month
Delivery took almost a month. Took 3 emails to get a response. Bed is sooo small for a large. Will not exchange easily. VERY disappointed ☹️
