Terrible product and experience!
It took a month to get the product. Got no updates about the delivery status, I had to contact you many times for tracking. The product came squished in a ball, terrible packaging and tape got caught on the fabric. The product had nothing great and had longer threats pulled out. I had to cut them off. My dog did not like the bed at all. Terrible color had nothing to do with gray. Terrible experience and cheap material and product!!!!!!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

It took over 30dys to receive my fluffy…
It took over 30dys to receive my fluffy friends. After receiving all (3) items they are to small. I will have to return them and dreading it due to the length of time it took to receive them. I have already purchased a similar beds at Costco for third of the cost I paid fluffy. I will be returning for a refund.

we are not particularly pleased
we are not particularly pleased. We ordered a bed that is supposed to be big enough for a large dog. Our thinking was that our two 11 pound dogs could lay in it together. What we received was significantly smaller than the photos on your website, and frankly does not look at all like the product we ordered.

Your product is crap
Your product is crap, your advertisement is soooo misleading, we owe 2 dogs and about a dozen of dog beds and yours are the worse it’s sooo fleamzy no cushion nor support AT ALL !!!!

This was the biggest waste of 83.00$
This was the biggest waste of 83.00$. Costco has way better dog beds. The bottom was so thin, now mind you, I got the XL bed for a 90lb dog, the bottom had so little cushioning I had to put in on another bed.

Not even remotely as good of product as…
Not even remotely as good of product as I expected. Can get better at any local pet store, Walmart, etc..,
