It's the only thing that's ever been wrong I bought an extra large dog bed from you My dog needs A2XI didn't know it you told me to wait 2 see if it was gonna be big ignorant for after it stretched out well it wasn't the time ran out so to be honest with you all I wanted was an exchange for a larger bed and you guys actuaplease did something to me on the blind side so you know what I will give it away and buy something from the competitor and tell them how s***** you are Thank you very much and have a nice day

The product itself was VERY small! I purchased a bed, size “medium” for my small and petite adult cat (which was advertised to accommodate a dog the size of eg: a King Charles Spaniel). My reasons for purchasing this size bed was so my cat would be able to stretch whilst sleeping. HOWEVER, the internal, sleeping area dimensions are so small that my cat is only able to curl into a ball to sleep☹️ and my cat really is petite! I can only assume that the company included the very thick and wide soft edging as part of the diameter sleeping surface area…..so please be aware and take this into consideration when ordering.

Took a month to get to me once it did I was extremely disappointed in product - way too small- my cat wont even get near it. Waste of money. And after looking at previous reviews I am not alone in my evaluation.

I ordered, explained I had a sick dog. They said they would expedite order quickly. It was held up in a town near Chicago for days… weeks. My dog passed away before it was ever delivered. You have all the info… look into it. I am greatly disappointed.

Yes it's fluffy but it's a plastic seeming thread and shiney.
