The delay was incomprehensible and unexplained; when the item arrived it was too small - the details given on the site do not guide correctly. I am unable to return the item because it arrived vaccuum packed and once opened, was ten times the size of the package delivered to me. I still have it, but DO NOT WANT IT.

We have an english springer spaniel. He is 57 pounds. I ordered the x large bed. Half his body gangs out. Its too small. I asked for a refund. They offered 20 percent and suggested I give it a friend with a smaller dog. Or I could mail it back and pay for the shipping … disappointing

The bed we received is way too small and we waited a very long time to get it. I am still waiting to hear from them as to how to resolve the issue of the small bed . My dog is 21 months old Springer Spaniel and is 50 lbs. The bed I ordered is second from the largest . She can only get half of her body in it. It is soft and fluffy and good for a very small dog.

Pictures of the beds are misleading. All dogs look like they are sinking into fluffy beds but the product received is thin and does not match the product advertised.

Ordered 12/14 but delivered 2nd half of Jan. Excuses of holiday and COVID as delays were a copout. I sent multiple emails asking the where abouts with little effort from Mr Fluffy. As it was, the size (to small) delivered was wrong. But to wait another 4 to 6 weeks for the correct size is too much frustration. If I had a business and took this long to deliver my product, I would be out of business for failure to correspond and deliver to my customers.

We bought two of your beds for our dogs. We thought they would be thick and fluffy. They are thin and don't provide our dogs much insulation from cold floor in winter. The much cheaper ones they already had are much better. A waste of money.

I was shipped an additional MrFluffy despite my request not to do so. Additionally, it was 7-8 days AFTER ORDERING that the item(s) were shipped and even then didn't arrive until mid-January. The return procedures require you to ship back to China only afterwich you receive your refund. I opted to receive the 15% refund to keep, but I will never-ever have anything to do with this company.
