took way too long to get here. was in fast express location for 8 days and then did not go to usps was missing for two more weeks and appeared at a new york post office. Took over a month to get here. also sizes are smaller than indicated

The bed took over 3 weeks to be delivered and my dog will not go near the bed. If I put her in the bed she shivers. She’s a confident GSD.

This is a joke. I was fooled into buying these so called therapy dog beds. Material is cheap and and didn’t last through one use and one wash. I notified you about the issue and you basically laughed in my face.. BUYERS BEWARE, THIS PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY SUCK!!! I already contacted you via email and was told there is no warranty so I just had to throw the cheap bed away. I spent 156.00 on a defective pet bed

Packages took a very long time to arrive. Beds were smaller than advertised & very thin. No padding at all.

Ordered a pet bed on December 12. It was delivered on December 27. It was not acceptable and needed to return. The website said to return to the nearest warehouse, however I was told I had to return it to China. The cost to return to China is high and even with the offered 30% discount it was going to cost me $59 for some thing that was already over priced. Received a response to contact them via mrfluffyfriend.com. I have already been working with them and the best they can do is for me to return the item to China.

My experience has been terrible. First the anxiety bed took so so long to come. I ordered it before Christmas for my dog who has anxiety. I didn’t receive it until 3rd week on Jan. My dog was hot my a car and died and yet the company is still asking me if I want to keep the bed for a 15% discount! How ridiculous and unprofessional. They should just give me a full refund and let me keep the bed. Or provide free shipping and return! I will never order from this company again. It’s not been a good experience and we are still grieving the loss of our dog and feel such a lack of sensitivity for our loss in this matter.

Very poor quality product. Within a few days the bottom part of the bed became very lumpy. Tried to flatten out but with no success, the dog is back in his old and much cheaper bed. Wouldn't recommend this product, poor quality and expensive.

The bed took forever to get. I tried to get a hold of somebody. There’s no way except through email. The bed is not that nifty! The quality is poor. I would not recommend this company or it’s products.
