Late delivery and bad excuses from the customer service, bed is smaller that the presentation. I ordered a L bed for my 14 kg dog and she does not fit!! (Company recommend this size for up to 18 kg. The bed has very cheap material material and was shipped from China. I have two dogs and both refused to sleep in it. Waist of money. Was offered 10% refund today or return at my own cost the then wait to see if the company accept a refund. Never seen such a bad return policy. Impossible to find the company adress online. Do not recommended!!

According to the track info I was given, my 2 beds sat for nearly 3 weeks in Chicago. No one had an answer except please wait.

Shipping took forever and when I finally got my shipment, it was so small. I ordered an extra large dog bed and it was ridiculously small. I asked for a refund and they offered me 10% back. This is the biggest rip off.

I ordered a dog bed for bulldogs and it doesn't fit either one of the dogs, I've had the bed opened a week now and it hasn't gotten bigger after being opened a week.

Color is terrible! “Light Grey” is actually stark white fibers on a dark bluish background, which still doesn’t give it an overall light grey look. Shipping also took over 3 weeks, with it sitting less than 20 nobles from our house for 2 of those weeks with no movement. Also, don’t trust their sizing based on breeds, our poor dog half hangs off most of the time.

I ordered the anxiety relieving dog bed from this company in extra large. The bed was entirely too small to fit my 50 lb dog. It is cheaply made. When I asked for a return label to ship the product back, I was given an address in China and an offer to refund me 15% rather than me paying for the return to China as the company does not cover shipping fees. Essentially, I am stuck with a product that I am unhappy with and the cost of returning the product is too great. Do not buy products from this company. I regret this purchase and wasted money.

Order number 123376 I bought 1 XXL light grey and 1 XXL dark grey pillow. I contacted the company via email explaining the situation: the pillows were never delivered to my house. I confirmed the delivery address and I even checked my security cameras for footage of the delivery, but there was nothing. How unfortunate, I received an automated email asking how you did before getting a response about the failed delivery. Someone is enjoying 2 XXL pillows that I paid for and it’s not my senior dog. Fix this please!

Took way to long to receive and customer service couldn’t give me a answer as to when I would receive. Was suppose to be a Christmas gift and didn’t receive till after Christmas.
