From my recent experience I cannot recommend buying an ant anxiety dog bed from this site. The dog bed I ordered took 23 days to arrive after excuses for the delay from the 24/7 customer service. The bed is disappointing, being not that deep and I can't honestly imagime a dog other than a very small breed finding it comfortable or useful. However, the real revelation turns out to be the return process that in my opinion, it is rather well designed to avoid any returns actually happening.... so much for the 30 day money back guarantee which I thought existed. I too was offered 15% to keep the item but prefer to write a review here instead. Unless I had liked what was delivered (and I thought it was poor value for £42) my normal consumer options seem to have disappeared. I have cut my losses and will buy another one somewhere else.

Took approx one month to arrive. When it did it was smaller than advertised and smelled strongly of plastic and chemicals. Not very thick either. Nothing like advertised.

Größen Angabe, Qualität unter aller Kanone, Bett kam eingeschweißt nach über 3 Wochen aus China (!) stinkend wie eine Chemie Fabrik, ich hatte Border Collie Grösse bestellt und es kam ein Chihuahuabettchen. Meine 5 Hunde haben es srtikt abgelehnt. Bei Reklamation (zitiere : "bei nichtgefallen 4 Wochen problemlose Rücknahme!) ging das Drama los. Ich musste die kompletten Versandkosten übernehmen, jetzt wollen die mir den Betrag nicht erstatteten (zitiere: bei Rücksendung an die auf dem Versandbeutel angegebene Adresse schicken, jetzt ist die urplötzlich falsch. Ich habe Klarna und die Verbraucherzentrale informiert. Die Firma sitzt heimlicherweise tatsächlich in China. Dort werden Hunde gefoltert, getötet und dann gefressen. Aber und in vermeintlicher Hundeliebe uns betrügerisch das Bettchen andrehen??????????? Finger weg. Betrug auf ganzer Linie!!!!!!!!!! DAS HAT FOLGEN

Wouldn’t even give them one star! What a ridiculous company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Save your time and sanity. I ordered a bed for my dog. My mom wanted it since it's more her dog. They do not give different shipping rates/days. My dog passed unexpectedly before the bed even shipped. I cancelled my order before the bed even shipped. There was nothing they could do for me. So I finally got the bed. It was packaged in a ridiculous fashion, no padding, etc. Just balled up and wrapped in a piece of plastic. It was not comfortable or anything I'd want my dog in. They made me pay to ship it back and wouldn't even include a shipping label and I had to request what address I was sending it back to, since their address wasn't on my package. I had to fill out a long customs paper and had to keep getting in line at the post office since I had no idea how to fill out the customs paper. Since the bed comes from CHINA! I wish I would have known that to begin with, or I never would have ordered it. It cost me $28 in shipping since they demand a track and shipping when returning. A huge waste of money and time. Crappy product and crappy customer service. I hope they go out of business soon! Surprised they can even have a business.

Still have yet to get product

I have been charged 4x for a dog bed that I do not have. I have reached out via email (no contact phone number) and am getting nothing. I asked to be called to have this issue resolved….and they will not do so. I would not recommend this site. Poor communication with customers.

I ordered extra large and received extra large, but your advertising is false. I think it's a JOKE you think those beds are extra large. Plus, there is ZERO support for any size animal in the floor of these beds. I feel your product is a complete rip off and FALSE advertising. I can't even give this thing away. Everyone thinks it's useless.

Arrived way too late. Was lost in transit and worst part was when it finally arrived it was not the color I ordered.
