worse bed ever

Difficult experience from the start. First shipment was clearly lost, customer service blew me off. New shipment generated and arrived within a few days. No explanation or apology. Bed now unpacked and has a sewing flaw and does not appear to have full stuffing. Ask to return, again blown off by customer service. Told the bed will puff up more if I just wait. Ignoring the sewing flaw. Still no response to my repeated request to return. Very disappointed.

We never received our 2nd dog bed. The first bed was received but is nowhere near as thick or fluffy as what the pictures or ads lead you to believe. Not worth the money and the refusal to fill the second order is borderline dishonest.

The wait time is way too long. I ordered 2, I got the first one at 21 working days and the second one got on 27 working days it’s an absolute joke waiting that long. Did they have to shear sheep and put it together by hand. Unreal and never again I got more tip emails from them then anything else. Geez thanks.

Continuation from this earlier review - “Product is nothing like pics in ads. I have seen thicker bath mats. Requested return last week. Still no response. Don’tbuy it.” Finally got a response to return request - they want it shipped back to China — at YOUR EXPENSE. Their return policy says they will reimburse you, but package must arrive within 30 days of original (much delayed) receipt. The return docs also say they will not reimburse you. Again - don’t buy it. Total rip off!!

I have ordered a “blanket ‘ for my shih tzu . What I have received it was a piece of cloth with fluff which my dog hates . It is not a blanket . !!! I felt myself conned to be honest . But this is not everything . I waited 3 weeks for my item to be delivered no notifications about delivery . Website states delays due to covid . So day befor after 3 weeks I have been notified by Evri that my parcel is from CAI Niao is due to delivery next day . I was shocked because I didn’t purchase anything from cai niao . So I did some digging and found out that this is delivery company from China who delivers for Alibaba - Chinese website selling lots products . I don’t know if this is a case that mrfluffy friend subsells products from Chinese website . Considering calling Trading Standards . If I would have known that product comes from Chinese website I would be alerted instantly about quality of a purchase and would never buy from them . I just want to warn everybody that it does not look as good as on their fabulously marketed website . Piece of cloth not comforting you can rather dust your furniture effectively than anything else . Honestly I feel conned for £24 pounds .I would do better to buy cheap blanket at Tesco for £8 pounds . And I hope that company will advertise where the product is sold from

We ordered a medium bed for our dog which was too small. Having trouble getting information to return it to this date.
