I have reached out to the company a couple of times. Once because I got an email that said the bed shipped and the tracking number never worked.It finally arrived two weeks after that email with no response to my inquiry about the bed arrival or faulty tracking number . Recently after I received the bed I was not happy with the quality and inquired about the lack of stuffing to possibly return the bed that was over a week ago and still not response !! It is frustrating because the only way to contact the company is via email - no phone number

It has been over six weeks to two months since my order was placed, and I still haven’t received it. If you purchase some thing for anxiety, you expect to get it in a timely manner. I have asked for a refund several times.

You sent the wrong colour. You admitted this, but told me I would have to pay to return.

Wrong size bed was sent contacting help told us we could send it back for a restocking fee. I’ve asked for mailing directions to the look or at least location of closest place to return I have not received an answer. Was offered a 15% discount. If I would keep it I countered with 25% have not heard an answer on that either.

No communication; still no refund or even acknowledgement of my return. My bad for trusting an organization that didn't communicate delivery would be later than previously stated, etc. And now, just silence

We were not kept posted on the delay in delivery of our pet bed.

There’s very little padding in the bottom of the bed. He might as well lay on the floor. No support at all. My dog prefers his old bed with supportive cushion. Also, It took close to a month to receive. Stayed in Illinois for 3 weeks on the tracking.

I never received my order. After several weeks of waiting, I finally reached out to the company to see what was going on. They informed me that the item was being returned to them. No reason was given. They asked if I would like them to re ship the item or issue a refund. I asked for a refund and they said they would issue the refund once they received the item back. Well then who has had the item this entire time? I still have not been issued a refund for an item I never received. This was an awful experience and would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.
