The bed was too small for my kelpie…
The bed was too small for my kelpie despite it saying that it was the right size for my 25kg kelpie I sent an email to you saying that I wasn’t happy with the size of the bed despite it supposedly being suitable for my dog, I still haven’t even had a reply to my email so I am pretty dissspointed with the after sale service! Regards James Rogers

Did not uphold their money back…
Did not uphold their money back garentee when their product did not do what they said it would. In reply to your response, I did contact you and was told that nothing would be done about it and the reply was also extremely condescending! Funny how you want to talk about it now I have left a review!

ABSOLUTELY THE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
One of the worst experiences of my life. Your company is fraudulent! You sent me a product that looks absolutely nothing like the picture on the internet!!! I offered to ship product back only to find out you will not provide a shipping label and it cost $86.39 to ship from NC to…… oh yeah- CHINA. You refuse to refund me and I am stuck with these horrendous products .
