This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we take your feedback seriously. We have created our beds from materials that we trust. The cover is made to be fairly durable and our factory will check the quality of each product to ensure that it is in good condition before shipment. However, it is not scratch or chew-proof so it may be possible for some material to be pulled off. We cannot guarantee against the damage pets can cause, after all, dogs can chew through solid bone so NO fabric is safe. However, because we make things better for you.
