Unfortunately for the two days that our dog had use of the bed he became very aggressive. Completely out of the blue his whole persona changed when he was in it and we had to remove it and use his old bed once again. We have had no further issues since. The bed itself appears very warm and comfortable but unfortunately really didn’t work for us.

I'm disappointed in myself that I didn't do my homework that the return would be to China if needed, which it was. I would NEVER have purchased this item. And then to add insult you only offer 15% refund to avoid having to send back the item, again an insult.

Was informed twice shipment "was in route" without any tracking info. Then was informed package had been delivered when it had not. Then was informed the packge "was found" and should they send it. I said no. They Then said that as soon as the package "returned to their warehouse" I would be refunded. I said no I wanted my refund now that I could not trust them to ever get package to the right warehouse. I am still waiting.

This company can improve by letting people know beforehand that there are No Returns or Refunds. When you have to pay almost the whole price of the merchandise itself to return it to China then there are no returns. Please put that on your website so that you don’t con anyone else into buying your product thinking that they can get a refund on their merchandise.

It’s a rip off… you’re better off buying off brand from Amazon since they have better quality than this. FYI - I already reached out to inforatmrfluffyfriend.com and they were not very helpful. Why should I pay for the return shipping? The statement on your page is misleading - 30 days money back guaranteed... you forgot to mention minus the shipping fees.

I bought a bed for my medium size dog. I ordered a large one to give him wiggle room. Weeks passed, I contacted them to please cancel my order; days later they told me that it had already shipped and there was nothing they could do. My dog weighs 36 pounds and plopped right on top of the bed because he could not fit in it. Their sizing is all wrong. I contacted them several times requesting a return for larger size. Talk about pulling teeth to get answers from them. After several attempts and asking for a return shipping label, they sent me return address to be shipped to China somewhere. WHAT THE!?
