Our order for an XL bed, as recommended for dogs the size of our (standard) poodle, was too small so she never used it. And little padding on the bottom. It took a very long time to come. There was confusion (ours and theirs) about the first order, so we received a second one. Returning it became a hassle with the online red tape and very small print. And we’d have to pay the return postage—to China! Instead of doing all the hoops, we’re donating both beds to our Dumb Friends League, and will never order from MrFluffy again. A Block

Package never arrived. MrFluffyFriend would not refund me for the 2 beds I NEVER received.

Very disappointed. Bed smelled! . Puppy ate right through it within 30 minutes. Threw bed away. Would not recommend

I ordered a dog bed for my pet last 12/26/22 but it did not arrive until 01/17/23. That is over three weeks for an item to arrive even by USPS. After over 18 days of waiting for our dog bed to arrive, we purchased one on Amazon which arrive the next day.

I have 2 large dogs, so I purchased two beds, an XXL and an XL. They are not worth the cost, and I got them on sale! Not only are they much smaller than they appear in the pictures, they flatten immediately. I could have purchased a better quality bed for less at Petsmart or Walmart.

First they presented themselves as a US asked company when they aren’t. Their products come from China and what I recieved was poor quality. Also the delivery time was too long and when I asked for a refund they said they could not do that since it was shipped. I was given a tracking number with no carrier ?? How do I track it?? Then to return it I have 3 different emails telling me to go to their return policy where there is NO RETURN ADDRESS after many more emails I get an address and yep you guessed it it’s in China Guess there is something to “ made in the USA” extremely poor customer service

Es handelt sich um eine betrügerische Firma, die ich bei der Polizei angezeigt habe. Der Verkäufer hat auf seiner Internetseite keinerlei Kontaktdaten außer einer info-E-Mail hinterlegt. Trotz sofortigen Stornos wird das Produkt verschickt. Anschließend weigert sich das Unternehmen, eine Adresse für die Rücksendung mitzuteilen. Das ist Betrug von der übelsten Sorte. Ich rate allen, die betroffen sind, sich an die Polizei zu wenden und vor allem paypal zu schreiben, damit das Konto dort geschlossen wird. ergänzt am 28.1. Nach diesem Eintrag kam eine E-Mail in der eine Rücksendeadresse in China genannt wird und eine "Bearbeitungsgebühr" von 3,80 EUR. Die Rücksendung nach China ist teurer als der Warenwert. Das Paket selber war aus Deutschalnd verschickt worden. Es bleibt dabei: unverschämter Betrug und immer noch kein Ansprechpartner in Deutschland.

Extreme delay to get merchandise. Per UPS tracking the package was in Los Angeles 1 hour and 13 minutes from my home and by morning it was in New York. Purchased 2 beds approximately Dec. 20ish and it took 3 weeks after a few emails because there’s no number to call.
